HyperKnown's published offer is closer to roster casting with a licensing record and buyer-led production. Semblanse is recruiting for proposed managed pilots focused on recognizable niche creators, their stories and boundaries, campaign scope and final-ad review. Neither description establishes which will perform better in your campaign.

Compare the workflow
| Decision | Semblanse | HyperKnown's published approach |
|---|---|---|
| Current access | Pre-launch recruitment; discuss suitability first | Public request-access route and roster described; verify access with team |
| Creator fit | Proposed recognizable niche creator plus context | Roster casting described by look and fit |
| Who makes ads | Buyer normally; Semblanse may help during pilot | Buyer or agency uses the supplied licensed material |
| Permission record | Planned campaign licence and exact final-ad approvals | Brief acceptance, signed consent and provenance records described |
| Final files | Planned creator decision on each final version | Confirm required final-file review; brief acceptance alone does not answer it |
| Price | Quote per campaign; no settled public rate | Flat fee per person for defined use; obtain current quote |

Training and retained access need their own review
HyperKnown's Creator Likeness and Platform Agreement, version 2026-10, names Pylon Film Pty Ltd as operator and includes provisions on AI Characters, training and licence programmes. Read it with its Terms of Service, the signed project record and any separate opt-in. We do not infer a particular creator's accepted permissions from the public document.
Semblanse's intended campaign licence gives a brand no training rights. Tool processing, any campaign model setup, access and retention still need specific terms and permission before samples are collected. This is a proposed process, not proof of technical prevention. A contractual comparison should receive legal review for the actual documents and jurisdiction.
When HyperKnown may fit better
Start with HyperKnown if you want to assess its published roster, cast by look or market fit, and have a team ready to produce the work. Confirm access, exact identity elements, final-ad review, permitted tools and a quote before relying on it for a deadline. Its public product detail is more developed than Semblanse's proposed pilot offer.
When to explore Semblanse
Discuss a pilot if a particular creator's niche knowledge and recognizable identity matter, you want to capture their context for scripts, and you can work through a manual scoping process. Creator availability, nominated-creator fit, review timing and production feasibility remain subject to discussion. No completed campaign evidence, savings claim or public API is offered.
Ask both teams the same questions
Use one campaign brief: advertiser, creator criteria, product claims, channels, term, files, tools and budget. Ask for review duties, rejected-work terms, payment triggers and the person who stops ads at expiry. Creator posting and access to their audience should be priced and agreed separately if needed.
Compare the wider market, read the planned controls or discuss a Semblanse pilot.
